AV-TYDOX

COMPOSITION:
– Tylosin tartrate
– Doxycycline hyclate
– Excipient q.s 1000 gr
INDICATION:
– Product is effective against infections caused by micro-organisms sensitive to tylosin and doxycycline in calves, poultry and pigs. Especially indicated for the treatment of gastrointestinal and respiratory infections.
CONTRA-INDICATION:
– Do not administer to animals hypersensitive to tylosin, cross-resistance with macrolides appears.
– Do not administer to animals hypersensitive to tetracyclines.
– Do not administer to animals with a severe impaired liver or renal function.
DOSAGE:
– For oral administration via feed or drinking water. Calves : 1.25 g of product per calf of 50 kg bodyweight daily, during 3 – 5 days.
– Pigs : 100 g of product per 200 – 400 litres of drinking water daily, during 3 – 5 days.
– Poultry : 100 g of product per 200 – 400 litres of drinking water daily, during 3 – 5 days. Mixed with feed : 1 kg of product per 1,000 kg of complete feed, during 2 – 5 days.
– The above mentioned dosage for pigs and poultry can be doubled without any danger for the animals.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
– Meat : 15 days
– Eggs : 4 days
