COMPOSITION:
– Levamisole HCl
– Excipient q.s 1000 gr
INDICATION:
– Used for fighting against lung and gastrointestinal worms and against eye nematodes in cattle, sheep, goats and swine.
– Product is a widespectrum preparation with antihelminthic effect. It is used for the treatment and control of endo-parasites in chicken and turkey including Heterakis galinarum, Syngamus trachea, Oxyspirura mansoni, Capilaria spp., Amidostomum spp. and Ascaridia spp
CONTRA-INDICATION:
– Do not administer to animals with an impaired liver function
– Do not use in layers producing eggs for human consumption.
– Do not use in animals if milk is intended for human consumption
DOSAGE:
– It is orally administered
– Cattle, sheep and goats: 7.5 mg Levamisole per kg body weight equivalent to 1 g of product per 20 kg body weight per day.
– Pigs: 7.5 mg Levamisole per kg body weight equivalent to 6 g of product per 10 liters of drinking water per day.
– Chicken and turkey: 18-36 mg Levamisole per kg body weight equivalent to 1.33 kg per 2000 liters of drinking water per day.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
– Cattle: 14 days
– Sheep: 21 days
– Pig: 10 days
– Chicken and turkey: 7 days
